Our essential oil blends may be used in a diffuser or bath as a natural perfume or added to cold pressed oils such as sweet almond, apricot or macadamia nut oils. Lullaby 10ml
Ease tension in the mind & body with this calming synergy formulated to promote sleep & calm mental chatter.
Contains sedative essential oils of marjoram, lavender, chamomile & sweet orange with white chestnut esssence.
May diffuse synergy in an oil burner in bedroom or living area before bedtime.
Use 8 drops of synergy diluted into milk and added to a warm bath before sleep.
For children in a smaller bath use only 4 drops. For headache and migraine sufferers: use 1-2 drops directly to temples and on the back on the neck. To make a cold compress for stress and tiredness, immerse a hand towel in a basin with cold water and 5 drops of Lullaby synergy diluted into water.
